Paddington Station 1905. A superb period image restored from a 'lantern slide'.

It's 10:40am and the platform is absolutely packed with passengers embarking on their journeys. Every person pictured is wearing a hat of some kind and only the cased stuffed dog is a static onlooker! His silent role was to raise donation money for the GWR's Widows & Orphans fund.
