GWR Saint 4-6-0 No 2902 Lady of the Lake at Bristol Temple Meads in c1910.

Peter Kerslake says "2902 is under the imposing 125 foot span of the main station, constructed in 1878 when Brunel's original 1841 "Train Shed" was incorporated into the new station which incorporated the Bristol and Exeter's 1845 station, unkindly known as the "Cow Shed"
2910 retained during its life time a lucky horseshoe in its cab, thrown there by a well wisher when it left Birmingham Snow Hill for Paddington on 1st July 1910."
