Aspinall L&Y Class 24 0-6-0T built 1897; w/d August 1956. At Bank Hall Shed Liverpool (27A).
Fitted with spark arresting device for working in the dock area below the Liverpool Overhead Railway. Engines of this class were seldom photographed, perhaps because Bank Hall was apparantly a difficult shed to get round.
