It dosen't get much more rural as this, even in Cambrian country, as 7823 Hook Norton Manor pauses at a deserted Llanbrynmair, on the line running eastwards from Machynlleth to Shrewsbury. This picture was taken after it had been transferred from Machynlleth to Tyseley in November 1962.
