Between 16th February and 18th March 1954, No 60013 was undergoing a general overhaul at Doncaster. Here it waits to be sent back to Kings Cross three days after release from works with a couple of enthusiasts enjoying the footplate experience. The strangely shaped ex-New Zealand Government Railways whistle can be seen ahead of the chimney.
