SR diesel-electricc No 10203 comes south with a Glasgow Central to Euston express, possibly the 'Royal Scot' which it regularly worked in 1957-58, somewhere north of the border. There is a large group of people at the rear of the train and both driver and second man are posing for the photographer so it might just be stationary for some reason.
