The tower of Selby's 11th century Abbey has (seemingly) replaced the safety valve trumpet of ex-NER Worsdell 'R' (LNER 'D20') No. 62384! She is waiting to depart in August 1952 with a 'local' train for Leeds. 62384 was built at Gateshead in June 1907 as NER No. 1184 and was withdrawn in Aug. 1955.
