5954 1940s Wishing Well Halt
The halt was situated in Bincombe, Dorset on the Weymouth line. It was opened in 1905 by the GWR to try to increase passenger traffic on the line. Charabancs used to take passengers from the halt to the wishing well where they could have tea. The halt closed in 1957
