The location of this photograph is Kelvin Hall, 10th September 1959. On 9th and 10th a special train headed by Nos 103 (Jones Goods) and 256 (Glen Douglas) ran to Kelvin Hall in association with the Scottish Industries Exhibition (3-19/9/59).
The train ID on 9th from Blantyre was 381, on the 10th from Wishaw it was 431 as seen here.
