Probably at one of the Navy Days c1958. The Hibberd "Planet" 4w DM loco was No.3081 built by F.C.Hibberd & Co. in 1956 - Works No. 3778 has identical pipework on the cab front as the ones at Rosyth. The track layout, long building on right and footbridge to Barham Road at the west end of platform, also the presence of ships anchors (left), would be appropriate. “Clock & steam whistle mounted on chimney shaft of electric generating station” confirms location as Rosyth Dockyard station.
