Ex works with the old emblem.
This is not Kentish Town in 1959 as the negative suggested, as that shed consisted of 3 roundhouses. It could well be Devons Road and she's fresh out of Bow Works. As to the date, she is shown as a Kentish Town engine until May 1956 when she went to Bedford. So with a 14B shed plate that gives us an earlier date which would fit with the 'cycling lion' totem. I don't think I ever saw a 2F looking as smart as this! Thanks to David Ford for help with this.
