Peter Kerslake says "Lawrence Hill was the first station on the line from Bristol Temple Meads northwards to Filton and onwards to Patchway. 7003 Elmley Castle was at Landore from new in 1946 until December 1958 when it was reallocated to Bristol Bath Road until July 1960. It then went to Gloucester Horton Road, ending its days there, in common with many other Castles, in August 1964."
