Here on the 6.20 Hereford-Paddington. No 7025 , "Sudeley Castle" had been the standby engine at Taunton on 9th May 1964, the day of the "City of Truro" Special run from Paddington to Plymouth and back via Bristol.
Upon 4079 "Pendennis Castle" having to be removed from the Special at Westbury and 6999 "Capel Dewi Hall" being hastily substituted there, it was 7025 which took the Special onwards, relieving the "Hall" at Taunton for a fast run westwards down to Plymouth.
