A nice shot of a pair of " Castles " at the London side of Swindon station with Reading's 5018 " St. Mawes Castle " running into the station on the 9.05.a.m. from Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads whilst one of her sisters is heading towards the Capital , but I cannot make out which " Castle " it is , unfortunately.
Formerly shedded at Gloucester Horton Road , 5018 went to Reading in April of 1958 , remaining there until its withdrawal in March of 1964
