With 7000 being a Newton Abbot engine in the mid ' fifties I would have bet that this was Newton Abbot Works, but after comparing this view with mine of 4086 in that Works I can see that there are marked differences so can only suggest that it may be Worcester as he arch windows above rectangular doors are identical. 7000 was recorded on Worcester Works on Sunday 7 July 1963
