I was puzzled by the presence of so many photographers and a railway official, viewing 7001 entering Saltash station. The date precedes 1962 as there is no sign of the road bridge which was completed that year. Further investigation has revealed one the photographers images, showing the loco as 7001 worklng the RCTS 'Brunel Centenarian' from Paddington to Saltash on 2nd May 1959
