Great Western Railway Churchward '47xx' class 2-8-0 No. 4704. Built at Swindon in April 1922 and withdrawn in May 1964.

Seen on the '4700 Road' at Old Oak Common MPD in the 1920s are 4704 and an unidentified classmate. Quite why this dead-end siding was dedicated to the class is unclear. Perhaps they were too long to fit inside the shed or negotiate the turntables? Somebody will know...
