6003 1957-11-02 Iver
GWR King 4-6-0 No 6003 King George IV with the 9.35am Plymouth-Paddington passing Iver on 2 November 1957.
Peter Kerslake says "Speeding through Iver is 6003 'King George IV' working from Plymouth to Paddington on the 2nd. November, 1962.
An Old Oak Common engine for virtually its whole life, apart from a short spell at Cardiff Canton in September of 1960 was finally withdrawn in May of 1962 from Old Oak and disposed of in the dreaded 'C' Shop a Swindon Works in the September of that same year."
