Great Western Railway Dean/Collett '2021' class 0-6-0 Pannier Tank No. 2141. Built at Swindon in Mar. 1904 as a saddletank, rebuilt in June 1935 with belpaire domed boiler and pannier tanks and withdrawn in October 1950. Here's another example of Swindon updating an old locomotive with more modern standard features,. 2141 had already served the GWR for 31 years as a saddletank. It would go on to serve another 15 under both the GWR and BR.
