SR West Country class 4-6-2 No 21C119 waits to leave Victoria with the 'Golden Arrow' for Folkestone Harbour. Although stated as 1947 the actual date is pre-August 1946 as the loco was officially named 'Bideford' at the station of the same name on 29 August 1946. I believe that the photo was taken in May 1946.
