Clearly a Royal Train and by the station staff fully occupied.This is Bromley south. Up royal train. This is possibly around 57-58 as there looks to be construction debris/materials on the platforms when it was rebuilt pre Kent coast phase 1 electrification in 1959.
Can anyone supply any more details?
