NBR J36 0-6-0 No. 65345 shunting scrap metal. It did a stunt allocated to Bathgate shed in 1966 before returning to Thornton Junction shed. The two churches are St Marys, Livery St (left), St Davids, George St (centre) with gas holder between which puts the houses on Mill Road. The engine is on the single line south of Bathgate Lower with the empty wagons standing on the siding leading into Bathgate Foundry on Glasgow Road.
