It was fitted with B4 boiler in 1911. It has copper chimney, the tender with rails and side panel inside. The works plate is still in place on the frame, they began to be removed about 1911. No cab hand rail. The little girl in the background looks more 1910 than 1920. A date of c1912 seems a better description. A similar loco 3541 is shown in ," G W small wheeled double framed 4-4-0 tender locomotives" David Maidment, in identical condition after reboilering in c1905 it also has the handle on the cab side to cut off steam from a broken gauge.
