These are the famous 'Crimpsall Shops' in Doncaster Works (a/k/a 'The Plant'). The photograph is undated but is probably in the 1910s. With not a hard hat nor 'hi-viz' vest in sight, there are at least 68 workmen and some 18 Ivatt locomotives visible in this remarkable view.
