It s the NMRA “Three Ridings Tour” Harrogate – York – Malton – Pickering – Whitby - Scarborough - Harrogate
for delegates of the National Model Railroad Association of America Annual Conference at Harrogate;
“Dreamliner” named after the NMRA annual special 14 day tour of USA. If you look closely you will see the passenger next to the driver is wearing a USA style loco drivers cap.
