1581 is a Buffalo or 1076 class. It was never fitted with pannier tanks. In 1921 and 1922 it was allocated to Worcester. In 1929 it started off at Worcester, moved to Leominster in March, and was condemned in July.

The Toad has an allocation of Worcester painted on a cast iron plate rather than directly onto the van side.
