They worked Newcastle - Newton Abbot during the week and Newton Abbot - Kensington Olympia on Friday and Saturdays. 1A16 was the 09:15 FO/SO Newton Abbot - Kensington O, with the stock returning on the 14:40 FO/SO to Newton Abbot. A GUV was also detached/attached at Reading on up and down services respectively.
