The loco is being positioned on New shed 10 Road before leaving at 15.40 light engine to Manchester Exchange to work the return working, the 16.30 Manchester Exchange - Llandudno Club train. In the late '50s until early '60s 44738/39/40 were allocated to Bangor and worked this train regularly, always a clean engine for the toffs aboard the club.
