Passing Hazlehead, west of Penistone with a mixed freight on the Woodhead route in 1953, is the now preserved ex-GCR Robinson '8K' (LNER 'O4') 2-8-0 No. 63601. It was a product of Gorton Works in January 1912 and served until withdrawal in June 1963.
