Ex-LMS Fowler '4P' Tank 42366 has arrived on the outward leg from Bangor at the very modest Llanberis Station in Caernarvonshire. Llanberis (ex-L&NWR) opened in July 1869 and closed to passengers in Sept. 1962, and freight in Sept. 1964. 42366 is heading the SLS/MLS 'Caernarvonshire Rail Tour'. Sunday 5th May 1957.
