The tandem turnout in the foreground (often incorrectly called a 3 Way) is an expensive bit of PWay as it uses continuous sleepers throughout. The lines lead to Selby shed although they used to be the main route to Leeds and the Cawood Branch until the Loop Line from Selby West Junction to London Road Junction was built.
