Down Train heading in the Holes Bay Junction direction passing Henry Harbin Secondary Modern School, now Poole High School having just departed from Poole station. The Gas Works is in the distance.
The loco headcode says it is a S&D train with WR stock which had infiltrated that line by late S&D days. Might be a little earlier than 1966 (the S&D closed in March 1966) but probably not earlier than 1965.
