76027 1963-08-10 Bath Green Park
The 7.03pm Bath to Templecombe 'ordinary passenger train' as the LMR officially called them.
Peter Kerslake says "This is the "North Platform" at Bath Green Park, the shorter of its two platforms capable of handling a locomotive and eight coaches. The overall roof had been fully glazed before the Second War but bombing raids took out most of the glass which was never replaced.
76027 was one of the Standard Class 4s which came on to the line in 1955 following trials with 76012 that March."
