Colin Ryder says " 45701 “Conqueror”, a lifetime member of the Newton Heath (26A) set of Jubilees, has just passed the IBS home signal at Shap Wells on the north-bound climb of Shap Incline.

In the summer of 1953, train C402 of the Central Division of the LM region of BR was the 4.25pm Liverpool Exchange to Glasgow Central, timetabled to pass Shap Summit (just under 1 mile away) at 7.00pm.
