It is more than likely that 62658 has run a leading axle hot box or big end brass. Side rod(s) have been removed to allow wheel set to be rotated. Leading drivers appear as though lifted, with axleboxes resting on the hornstays, the late Tony Roberts (who had much more experience of these things than me), would plump for a big or small end bush renewal.
