Peter Kerslake adds "In November 1936 6201 Princess Elizabeth made a record run each way between Euston and Glasgow in preparation for the introduction the following year of the L.M.S. "Coronation Scot". Princess Elizabeth was withdrawn in October 1962 from Carlisle Upperby and saved for preservation."
