A Western Region ‘Modified Hall’ from Tyseley No. 6971 Athelhampton Hall passing through Saltley towards Camp Hill with Down coal empties in 1962. It lasted until late 1964. In the background is the Saltley Sidings signalbox and in the distance the skyline is dominated by the power station and gas holders.
