Isle of Man Railway 2-4-0 Tank No. 6 'Peveril' is basking in island sunshine alongside the servicing water tank at Peel in 1953. Sadly, the railway no longer runs into the terminus station that once served this delightful town since closure in 1968. This water tower still survives as part of a small museum and 'Peveril', built by Beyer Peacock in 1875 is also preserved.
