Up train.

Peter Kerslake says "B17 Serlby Hall was to become 61631 under British Raliways. It was one of the second batch of 42 engines built at Darlington Works from August 1930 to June 1936.
Intended initially for use on the former Great Eastern Railway lines, the class soon became restricted in their route availability due to their three cylinder design resulting in a heavier than planned axle loading. This precluded their use on secondary lines and kept them to working on the former Great Central and Great Northern main lines. The class were the mainstay of Top Link passenger duties beteen Liverpool Street and Norwich for many years until the "Britannias" arrived in 1951.
By March of 1956 seventy remained in service and this one lasted until April 1959, but their ranks were reduced to just seventeen by January 1960, and the last to survive was 61668 Bradford City which outlived the rest before being condemned in August 1960."
