Peter Kerslake says "A rare picture of an often unknown 'Streamliner', not an A4 Pacific but B17/5 61659 East Anglian which, in company with 61670 City of London, was streamlined in 1937 for use on the 'East Anglian' service between Liverpool Street and Norwich."
