With the "calling on " signal cleared 8405 , carrying target number F14 , can run back to the next signal and start its drop back down the Lickey Incline from here at Blackwell down to Bromsgrove , ready for its next call to duty and its next banking turn .

8405 had come to Bromsgrove from Duffryn Yard Depot in South Wales in late 1956 or early 1957, joining six other such Pannier Tanks seconded from a variety of Motive Power Depots , all deployed on banking duties, with six others later being added to their numbers .
