Alocated to Feltham from February 1960 so the 1959 date might be incorrect (the neg said Stewarts Lane as well which is clearly wrong!)
It looks like 31579 behind which was a Feltham loco from July 1960 which all leads me to believe this is actually a 1960/1 image.
