In a line up of 3 railcars,
W21W, W25W & W31W, W25W is next.

Peter Kerslake says " I suspect that both railcars numbered 25 and 31 have been taken out of service as they appear to be on a disused siding here at Kidderminster in 1961, the last examples lasting just until the following year.
These are two of the final series of twenty one designed by Mr. Collett with bodies from Swindon Works, unlike the earlier varients which had bodywork by Park Royal and the Gloucester Railway Carriage Company.
In the mid 'fifties railcar number 25 had been one of five allocated to Bristol St. Philip's Marsh depot from where it had worked the Portishead, Weston super mare and Avonmouth services, whilst railcar 31 had been at Southall at that date.
I do not know how the railcars ended up here at Kidderminster, but they might have been allocated to nearby Worcester or Stourbridge during their last years in service, both such depots having an allocation in earlier years."
