Leading another ascent to Polkemmet Moor is Andrew Barclay No 8 (AB 885/1900) with its very distinctive flared chimney. It had been working here for very many years at the time of this photograph (June 1968) and would continue to do so until December 1977 when it went south to join the flock of the Cambrian Railways Society at Oswestry, Shropshire.
