03073 1983-06-18 Scarborough Station

Scarborough Station pilot 03073 (originally D2073) passes Falsgrave box and its fine signal gantry in June 1983 and runs into the station. Just behind the box was Falsgrave Tunnel that allowed access to the Yorkshire coastal route on that most magnificent and sorely missed of railway journeys to Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby and beyond.
