A quick "tidy up" for Laira's 5567 here on its home shed's coaling line on 9th. May, 1956 with visible signs on the cabside that it has had its fire "dropped" and this chap has just cleared the smokebox as well as it waits recoaling.
This engine was a regular on the Plymouth to Tavistock and Launceston service at this time.
