5572 1961-03-19 Wolverhampton Stafford Road Works
Newton Abbot ‘4575’ 2-6-2T No.5572, all the way from St Blazey in Cornwall, on 19th March 1961. It was transferred to Plymouth Laira immediately after its overhaul was completed but its stay there was brief because it was withdrawn in April 1962. Note it is auto fitted for Push Pull work.
