GWR 4575 class 2-6-2T No 5570 leaves Marlborough on the M&SWJR with a Swindon to Andover train on September 9, 1961.
The train is heading south, not north as originally thought, as the telegraph wires are to the right of the train, and were on the east side of the MSWJR line. Also the woods beside the line match those just to the south of Marlborough tunnel.
