The sight of an ex-KNER Gresley K3 at Leeds City Station was not a rarity, but it certainly wasn't commonplace either. 61935 is departing smokily with a train for Harrogate in this 1950s view. Also seen In the adjacent Leeds Wellington Station is ex-LMS Stanier Black 5 No. 44853. 61935 was built by Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn Ltd. in Jan. 1935 as LNER NO. 1322 and was withdrawn in July 1962.
