A fine view from the park at the Plymouth side of the River Tamar, with Saltash in the background on the Cornish side, as D1034, Western Dragoon brings its train up fom Penzance and across Brunel's single track masterpiece with the later roadbridge somewhat spoiling the view in the background . This area in the foreground is now grossly overgrown, limiting opportunities for railway photography, whilst the lower reaches of the park now provide a permanent base for crews and materials needed to maintain both bridges, again ruining the view across the Tamar
